Terms of Service

Last updated 31 August 2026 · DeveloperBox Innovations Private Limited

These terms cover use of our public website. Paid software, hiring, and product licences are set in a separate written agreement.

Using this website

The public pages at this domain are provided by DeveloperBox Innovations to describe our company, products, and services. Content is for information. A project, hire, or product licence starts only when both sides sign the relevant agreement or you accept a written proposal.

No public pricing contract

Descriptions of services, case studies, and timelines are illustrative. Quotes, statements of work, and master services agreements control commercial terms. We do not form a contract through chatbot answers or website copy alone.

Intellectual property

The site design, writing, and our product names (including AutomateBox, ValTech, and Tally on Mobile as presented here) remain our property or that of their respective owners. You may not copy the site for a competing commercial offering.

Work we deliver under a client agreement is owned as that agreement states — typically the client owns custom work product, and we retain our pre-existing tools and methods.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse forms, scrape the site in a way that degrades service, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful content. We may block access that threatens the site or other visitors.

Third-party services

Links to maps, WhatsApp, calendars, and similar tools are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you leave our site.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the public site. Liability for paid project work is set in the contract for that work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed contract says otherwise.
